Among the hundreds of apartments she designed in Kansas City are the Belleclaire Apartments [pictured], 401/403 e. Armour (1927); the Del Monte Apartments, 200/202 W. Armour (1920); the Melbourne Apartments, 303 Brush Creek (1927); numerous apartments on the Plaza, such as the Mark Twain, Robert Browning, and the Oliver Wendell Holmes; and several apartments on Quality Hill. Among her hotel designs are the Ambassador Hotel, 3560 Broadway (1924), and the Valentine Hotel, 3724 Broadway (1927). Much of her work was done for the Phillips Building Company. She also designed a residence for Charles Phillips at 5825 Overhill Road. Other examples of her residential work can be seen at 1008 E. 44th Street and 1255 Stratford Road [pictured].
