Founder of Gilbert/Robinson, along with Joe Gilbert and his son Bill Gilbert, Paul Robinson "eventually opened more than 170 restaurants nationwide with sales of more than $300 million." Robinson believed in the details of the design of the restaurant and its decor in addition to great service and food. Robinson died November 22, 2010, in Venice, Florida.
