Profile of Kansas City filmmaker Phillip Klein and his documentary film "Begging for Billionaires: the Attack on Property Rights in America," which exposes eminent domain abuses in Missouri and Kansas. Klein formed the Limelight Cinema Group in the late-1980s and is proprietor of the U.S. Toy Co. magic shop. He began crusading against eminent domain policies after several downtown businesses were forced to close or relocate to make room for redevelopment projects.
