Higgins plans to relocate her business from 8027 State Line Road to the Pershing Road location this summer. "The American beaux-arts-style building dates to around 1918." The building was purchased in 1999 by Developer Dan Clothier and fitted out with "red awnings, a checker-board sidewalk plus Guastavino tile."
