Street built in 1985. Considered part of the Union Hill neighborhood. The home next door to the north, 2937 Walnut Street, dubbed Walter Place after an 1983 renovation, has served as a show home for a new Union Hill residential development project, and is one of the few houses on the block that was not demolished to make way for new construction. |
