Locally owned Bread & Butter Concepts plans to open another restaurant in the Kansas City area, the Gram & Dun, at the former Baja 600 restaurant on the Plaza at 600 Ward Parkway. Alan Gaylin and Glynn Roberts, owners of Bread & Butter Concepts, operate two other restaurants in the area--the BRGR Kitchen & Bar and Urban Table at Corinth Square.
