Description
Dennis Hennessy and Richard Carrothers, owners of the the New Theater Restaurant, were named Kansas City's Business Philanthropists of the Year by Nonprofit Connect (formerly the Council on Philanthropy). The two began their careers working at the Resident Theater at the Jewsih Community Center and later co-owned Tiffany's Attic. They opened the New Theatre in 1992.
