Photograph of the McConahay (later Carroll) Building at 1127 East 31st Street. The
building was designed by local architect Nelle E. Peters and built in 1922. The second floor of the building served as the first location of Walt Disney's Laugh-O-Gram Films studio from the building's completion in early 1922 until Disney relocated ot California in June 1923. |
