Debora Green, a former physician and convicted and serving a life sentence for killing two of her children in a fire, filed a motion to set aside her no-contest pleas in the case. The fire occurred in 1995. Green chose to enter a no-contest pleas to all charges in order to escape the possibility of the death sentence in her case.
