Description
A collection of over 150 pages of newspaper articles from the Kansas City Star and Kansas City Times about the murder case of Richard Grissom, Jr. Joan Marie Butler, Christine Rusch, and Theresa Brown all disappeared in 1989, and, during the investigation of their disappearances, ties to Grissom were discovered. The suspect was extradited from Texas and charged with the murders of the three women, even though their bodies were never located. Grissom was found guilty of those killings and sentenced to four consecutive life terms in prison. Each article is annotated with its date and source of publication.
