Obituary for Don W. Kennedy who died October 10, 2008, in Marion, Kentucky, at the age of 82. He was appointed to the Missouri Court of Appeals in Kansas City in 1978 and served until his retirement in 1995. "He previously served as circuit judge in Vernon and surrounding counties in Missouri where he began his legal practice in Nevada in 1947. He was a member of the Missouri House of Representatives from 1964 to 1970." Includes his picture.
