Description
Photograph of a single-family residence at 4940 Summit Street in the 1980s. The house
was designed by local architect Mary Rockwell Hook for herself and her family, and they lived there from its construction in 1927 until 1972. Stone for construction was quarried on the property, and the quarry was repurposed into one of the earliest private swimming pools in the area. |
