Description
Photograph of the William Volker Memorial Fountain, looking north from the south end
of Theis Park near the intersection of Oak Street and Volker Boulevard, in the early 1980s. The fountain, dedicated in 1958, was moved further south toward Volker in the 1990s as part of a redesign of Brush Creek and Theis Park. The Nelson Art Gallery building, at 4425 Oak Street, can be seen in the background of the image. |
