Transcribed article: The building to house Traders National Bank will be built on this site at the northeast corner of Twelfth street and Grand avenue, pictured as it appears now. The site for the multimillion-dollar structure has a 90-foot frontage on Grand, including the parking lot shown here, and 115 feet on Twelfth. Adjoining the site on the east is a multilevel garage and drive-in bank owned by Traders. Pictured in the background are two other Kansas City skyscrapers, the Southwestern Bell Telephone building and City Hall (right). The new Traders bank building will contain 18 to 25 floors with the bank occupying the ground floor, all or parts of the next three floors and the lower level area.
