Some of the tribes named in the map are Kickapoo, Shawnee, Delaware, Peoria and Kaskaskia, Piankashaw and Wea, Oneida, Tuscarora, Quapaw, Seneca, Cherokee, Creek, Seminole, Chocktaw, Chickasaw, Osage, Arapaho, Comanche, Pawnee, Kiowa, Shoshone, Cheyenne, Crow, Dakota, Omaha and Oto, Sac and Fox.
