Photograph of apartment buildings near the southwest corner of 31st and Walnut
Streets, at 3030-32 Walnut, 3034-36 Walnut, 3038-40 Walnut, and 3042-44 Walnut. The buildings at 3030-32 and 3034-36 remained standing as of 2018, while 3038-40 and 3042-44 Walnut, at the left edge of the photograph, were demolished in in 1990. All houses standing on that side of block were also demolished between 1987-1990, with the land then converting to use as parking lots. |
