Stroud's restaurant, known for their fried chicken, will relocate from south Kansas City the former Breadmaker spot at 4200 Shawnee Mission Parkway in Fairway, Kansas. Stroud's motto is "We Choke Our Own Chickens." The owner Mike Donegan will employ 65 to 80 employees at the new location and have at least 90 parking spots. Includes map showing locations of Stroud's in this area.
