Short article about an exhibit called "Lake Placid: A Recreational Center for Colored People" on display in the capitol in Jefferson City. Lake Placid was started by physician Percy Crecelious (P.C.) Turner, or Dr. Percy Turner, superintendent of General Hospital No.2 in Kansas City and the resort was intended for black people.
