Moore & Company" realtors, and "the first president of Kansas City's Starlight Theatre," with residences at 642 Huntington Road and later 810 West 57th Terrace. Born in Kansas City in 1904 (as a great-grandson of Jackson County pioneer William Moore) and taking over his father's real estate company before planning in 1953 the construction of the Massman Building "at the northeast corner of 13th and Wyandotte, on ground that is now a parking lot for The Kansas City Club."
