Biographical sketch of Dr. H. C. Morrison, "druggist, and a member of the upper council, Kansas City. Born in Maryland in 1843 and serving the Union in the Civil War before coming to Kansas City in 1870 as a doctor "until May, 1874, when he engaged in the drug business on East [12th Street], near Cherry [Street], where he remained until 1883" and then moving to Main Street.
