Description
The Kansas City Home Telephone Company occupied the three-story building at 3017 Peery Ave. in the early 1900s, but the structure has been vacant for decades. Developers are proposing to convert it into four two-bedroom, two-bath and one three-bedroom, two-bath market-rate condos. Keith Higgins of Blue Moon Capital and Chris Whaley of CMW Properties are interested in the project. The building is located in the Independence Plaza area of the Northeast. Includes an exterior view and an interior view of the building.
