Photo, illustration, and bio of Hazelle Hedges Rollins, or Hazelle Rollins (1910-1984), a designer and maker of marionettes and finger puppets in Kansas City. Growing up at 815 West 59th Street and starting out with her marionette factory at 822 Broadway about 1934 before moving to 905 East 10th Street in 1949 (as Hazelle Marionettes), then to 1224 Admiral Boulevard (as Hazelle, Incorporated) and retiring in 1975.
