Historical sketch of the "Burnham-Hanna-Munger Dry Goods Company of Kansas City," established in about 1865 under the name of Tootle, Hanna & Leach. Expansion from 1887 location at 7th and Wyandotte location to 8th and Broadway locationin 1902, including new factories to manufacture more of the company's own wholesale dry goods, such as clothing and other household items.
