Biographical sketch of Christian Heinz, "connected with the building interests of Kansas City," born in Germany in 1861 and emigrating to Cameron, Missouri, about 1881, before coming to Kansas City in 1886 as a builder, erecting "residences and some of the palatial homes on Armour boulevard, on Prospect street and Benton boulevard," as well as "business blocks" on 23rd Street.
