Description of his life and career, born in 1859 near Waverly, Missouri, opening a law office in 1879 at 501 Delaware Street and entering the real estate business at 503 Delaware Street, moving to 6th and Delaware Streets and then to the Walworth Building at 110 West 6th Street with his brother as the Cowherd Brothers.
