Information on Jay Holcomb Neff, or Jay Neff (1854-1915), mayor of Kansas City in 1904-1905 and buried in Forest Hill Cemetery. Description of his life and career as a native of Indiana coming to Kansas City in 1881 as publisher of the Daily Drovers Telegram, with residences at 1319 Washington Street, then 520 Gladstone Boulevard, and then 1008 Valentine Road.
