Biographical sketch of Dr. Isaac Ridge, "another of the prominent and one of the most picturesque figures in the early history of Western Missouri." Born in Kentucky in 1825 and traveling to Missouri with his parents in 1834 before coming to Kansas City as a physician in 1848 until retiring in 1875.
