A Novel Vehicle. Yesterday three men arrived from the States in what we would judge, from the description--we have not seen it--to be a combined wind wagon and hand car. The trip from the Missouri River was made in twenty days, thus equalling [sic] the speed of horse teams, with but a tithe part of the expense.
