Photo and bio of Frank Cromwell (1878-1955), mayor from 1922 to 1923, a native Kansas Citian who started work as a surveyor for "Tuttle & Pike, engineers," became a salesman for the W. I. Grush Commission Company in 1898 and changed the name to the Cromwell Butter & Egg Company. It was located at 110 East Missouri Avenue and went out of business in the 1929 stock market crash.
