Several owners of businesses in the West Bottoms have joined Bill Haw, owner of the Livestock Exchange Building, in supporting a plan to develop the Stockyards Place project. The project will build the area's first residential units and retail space. Haw and others envision a Livestock Distrtict comparable to the Crossroads Arts District.
