Photo and bio of Dr. Isaac Ridge, "pioneer physician" of Kansas City and its first official city physician. Born in Kentucky in 1825 and coming to Kansas City in 1848 as a doctor at the Levee before moving his office to the Ridge Building. Also photo and bio of his wife, May D. Campbell Ridge, or May Ridge of Cincinnati, dying in 1892 at their mansion, Castle Ridge at 21st and Woodland Avenues.
