Digging on the Boulevard

Article describes the Phase II part for the Independence Boulevard Streetscape Improvements project. Phase I included the historic boulevard between Montgall and Olive with emphasis on the Prospect intersection. It was compoelted in 1999. Phase II will encompass the blocks between Olive and Highland with improvements including new street lights, pedestrian level lighting, street name tiles at intersections, etc.
