Description
Debora Green is now serving a life sentence in Kansas for two counts of capital murder after a fire that investigators think she set destroyed her Prairie Village home and killed her son and daughter. She pleaded no contest to escape the death penalty. The Kansas Supreme Court has ruled the Kansas death penalty unconstitutional and she wants to withdraw her plea.
