Article announces that the Aparium Hotel Group of Chicago, Illinois, and the investment firm Agman Partners have purchased the historic Pabst Brewing Company Building at 2107 Central Street and the Pendergast Building located at 2101 Central Street. It is announced that Kansas City architectural firm El Dorado Incorperated will design the hotel, that construction is scheduled to being in early-2016, and that a mid-2017 opening is planned. A representative from the investment firm is interviewed and discusses the project.
