Born in Illinois in 1943 and coming to Kansas City about 1964 at various businesses through the 1970s while embezzling from them before moving to Johnson County, Kansas, in 1977. Description of his murder career starting in the 1980s including at least five women, using the Internet and a Troost Avenue apartment to imprison his victims in the 1990s, etc.
