Description
Article reports several bills before the Kansas Legislature in January, 2006 which would require homes associations in Kansas to remove racially motivated restrictive covenants. Although such covenants are unenforceable and often illegal, the author writes that "homes associations whose documents still contain such language include Indian Hills, Mission Hills, and Prairie Village, Kansas."
